Twin stations
Leningradsky Station on Komsomolskaya Square is the oldest surviving railway station in Moscow. It was designed by Konstantin Thon, and an almost identical building stands in St Petersburg — Moskovsky Station.
Three terminals stand side by side on Komsomolskaya Square — Leningradsky, Yaroslavsky and Kazansky — which is why it is called the Square of Three Stations.
