Festivals of light

In winter the centre is decorated with the installations of the “Journey to Christmas” festival, and in autumn the “Circle of Light” festival turns façades into screens for video projections.

Summer evenings are best spent by the water: parks run open-air cinemas, and river trips show the lit embankments from an unusual angle.
